What are letters of encouragement?
They are like newsletters, but more personal and more playful. They include stories and thoughts not so much about the world-as-is but more about as-could-be. What do you want the world to move toward? And where are you on that mission at the moment? Are you excited about it or frustrated right now? Could you use a bit of support, a bit more ease, and some fresh new perspective to keep you going?
Who writes them?
It’s me, Marleen and I’m happy we get to meet here, for this is the best and bravest me, right here. From all the platforms you can find me online, this one comes closest to me in person, if you’d get to know me.
I’m a facilitator and strategist. I help organizations navigate change and transitions in energy, climate, and leadership by creating inclusive and accelerating meetings, programs, and communities.
Who reads them?
I write these Letters of Encouragement for the people I work with. And now that you’ve landed here, chances are we are working together.
They work tirelessly and joyfully to create shifts in fields such as climate, energy transition, communication, entrepreneurship, gender diversity and inclusion, personal development, and feminine leadership.
I’d like for you to meet everyone else too. Stay tuned for invitations to meet, get featured, and collaborate.
